I just wanted to say anybody who is planning to use a title rep I highly recommend Andrea Mittelstaed. I have been using Andrea @ ticor title now for last 5 years and I could not ask for a better customer service and professionalism. when I have questions or needs on a transaction I can always count on Andrea to be able to solve any problems. Andrea has been my title rep. for over 8 years now and she has been a dedicated rep. since day one. She regularly touches bases with me to see how I am doing and how she can assist me in my real estate practice. She's been helping all of my agents in my office as well. I would highly recommend her services because she truly cares about her agents and she even goes out of the way to make sure that my regular escrow officer is doing well and is happy.
