Passionate, persistent, energetic, and naturally goal-driven, Adam Cleary excels at providing the highest caliber of performance as Vice President, National Commercial Accounts. He works hard to cultivate personal relationships with all of his clients to ensure the highest quality of service.

He is a seasoned sales professional with 11 years of experience in the commercial title industry. His niche areas include: sales and development, commercial sales, and renewable wind and solar energy. Working with attorneys, investors, principals, developers, brokers, and lenders, Adam often challenges himself by serving this diverse group of real estate professionals.

In his position as VP, National Commercial Accounts Adam adds value to the strong team of professionals at Commonwealth due to his professional values of honesty, integrity, and tenacity. His proactive approach and thorough industry knowledge, paired with his commitment to exceptional customer service, have distinguished him as an invaluable asset to his clients. “My clients know they can count on me. I want to take care of my clients, and make sure they are receiving the excellent boutique service Commonwealth is known for,” says Adam.

In addition to his day-to-day operations, Adam is an active member of National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP), the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA), and the Young Professionals’ Group (YPG). He also serves on the alumni board for the Young Professionals’ Group.

Adam was born and raised in Newport Beach. He is happily married with two young boys and a loveable Boxer. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as surfing, sport fishing, and boating.
